Computer Science Senior @ The University of Texas at Dallas (Graduating May 2027) // Texas Leadership Scholar

Welcome to my personal terminal. This site is engineered to be ultra-lightweight: outer visuals and project photography use 1-bit Atkinson dithering and lightweight ASCII motion, while keeping this MS-DOS viewport razor-sharp for effortless reading.

I build systems across the full hardware and software spectrum—from Go and Python backend services and self-hosted Linux homelab infrastructure, down to embedded motor control and 5.8 GHz phased-array RF antenna simulations.

// SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL STACK

01. 5.8 GHz Vivaldi Phased Array & Power Divider

[STATUS: IN PROGRESS /]
STACK: Ansys HFSS | Keysight ADS | RF Microstrip Design | Wilkinson Power Divider

Undergraduate RF & electromagnetics research at UT Dallas modeling antipodal Vivaldi microstrip antennas and corporate feed networks for 5.8 GHz phased array systems.

  • Parametrically tuned exponential flare geometry and substrate dielectric dimensions in Ansys HFSS to minimize S11 return loss across the 5.8 GHz band.
  • Designed matched Wilkinson power dividers in Keysight ADS for high port-to-port isolation and coherent multi-element beamforming.

02. SyllaBuddy // Automated Syllabus Parser

[STATUS: IN PROGRESS /]
STACK: Go | Python (FastAPI / Flask) | Gemini API | Google Compute Engine (GCE)

Full-stack web platform that transforms unstructured university course syllabi (PDF/DOCX) into structured semester calendars, weighted grade calculators, and deadline alerts.

  • Refactored backend architecture into a streamlined service deployed on Google Compute Engine Linux VMs.
  • Combines high-speed Go/Python routing with structured LLM extraction schemas to handle complex multi-table academic schedules.

03. Self-Hosted Media Compression Discord Bot

[STATUS: ✓ COMPLETE]
STACK: Python | discord.py | FastAPI | FFmpeg | yt-dlp | Cloudflare Quick Tunnels | Ubuntu Homelab

Production utility bot providing /download and /compress slash commands to fetch, transcode, and target-size compress video/audio media on self-hosted Linux hardware.

  • Dynamically calculates two-pass/target-size video & audio bitrates via FFmpeg to guarantee outputs fit strict Discord upload limits (<10 MB).
  • Includes an integrated FastAPI fallback file server with an automated 24-hour disk sweeper exposed via Cloudflare Tunnels.
